Refund and Returns Policy

1. Personalized Products

  • All personalized or customized products are made to order as per your provided specifications.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

  • Please verify all personalization details (such as name, image, message, or design) before placing your order.

  • OsiyanKart will not be responsible for any errors made during personalization by the customer.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

    1. Record an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package condition and the product as you open it.

    2. Share the video with our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at:

  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • After verification, a replacement will be issued for eligible cases.

  • Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible for the same product.

3. Non-Personalized Products

  • Non-personalized or standard products may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • The customer must bear the return shipping charges, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

  • Non-personalized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team via email or phone.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary depending on your service provider.
