How To Make Numerical Cake from Egg less Wheat Chocolate Cupcakes
Everybody loves cupcakes as Jain, I prefer pure veg and no eggs so I come up with egg less wheat chocolate cupcakes. My son loves cake and on his birthday I want to do something different so I make numerical cake with number four.
Ingredients for egg less wheat chocolate cupcakes recipe:
2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cup White granulated Sugar
1/2 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
3-4 tbsp drinking chocolate powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Water
½ cup Oil
1/2 cup curd
1 teaspoon Pure vanilla extract
1 tablespoon White distilled vinegar

Making of egg less wheat chocolate cupcakes:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C for at least 10 minutes.
Line muffin trays with cupcake liners or lightly spray it using non-stick cooking oil spray.
Mix dry ingredients (wheat flour, sugar, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt) in a bowl using wire whisk. If your cocoa powder has too many lumps, please sift it.
In another bowl, mix wet ingredients (Water, oil, curd, vanilla extract and vinegar).
Add these wet ingredients to the flour mixture.
Using wire whisk, beat it till everything is incorporated well. Do not over mix it.
Fill the muffin cup about ⅔ full with the batter.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-22 minutes. Check by inserting a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean meaning the cake is ready.
Remove it from the oven, let them cool for 5-10 minutes in the pan itself and then remove it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Using egg less wheat Chocolate Cupcakes
For Nutella frosting
One cup whipped cream
5-6 tbsp Nutella
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1/2 cup icing or grounded sugar
Whip cream with sugar and essence for 3 minutes then add Nutella chocolate and again whip for 3-5 minutes until it forms into peak.
