Mexican wraps

For Mexican tikki- Rajma/ kidney beans we need to boil then and cool them to mix in mixer little bit.

Then add boiled aloo (2-3 potatoes), add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste,Coriander leaves and spices ( red chilli flakes, roasted jeera powder, chaat masala, salt,black pepper).

Then add Little bit besan for binding and add all like a dough form. Now prepare small tikki shape and roll on cornflour powder n roast it on pan with less oil. No need to deep fry as we are making healthy bites.?

For wraps- take 50% maida n 50% wheat flour, salt, 2 table spoon curd, oil 2 table spoon, pinch of onion seeds and bind it with warm water.

Sauce for wraps- make thick red sauce with 2-3 boiled tomatoes, 2 onions ( churn all these in a mixer), then put some oil in pan add garlic paste,saute it for few seconds then add tomatoes paste then add red chilli flakes, oregano, little bit sugar,salt According to ur taste, tomato sauce 2 table spoon
Now assemble all like wraps n Serve with cheese on the top of wraps and salads of your choice
