1. Personalized Products

All personalized or customized products are made to order as per your provided specifications.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded.

Please verify all personalization details (such as name, image, message, or design) before placing your order.

OsiyanKart will not be responsible for any errors made during personalization by the customer.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

Record an unboxing/opening video clearly showing the package condition and the product as you open it.

Share the video with our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery at:

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

After verification, a replacement will be issued for eligible cases.

Refunds will be processed only if a replacement is not possible for the same product.
3. Non-Personalized Products

Non-personalized or standard products may be eligible for return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

The customer must bear the return shipping charges, except in cases where the product received is defective or incorrect.
4. Order Cancellation

Personalized orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.

Non-personalized orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team via email or phone.
5. Refund Process

Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment.
