At OsiyanKart.com, we aim to ensure that your personalized and gifting products reach you in perfect condition and on time.
Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • For personalized/custom products, additional 1–3 business days may be required for design and production.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery time within India is 5–10 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.

  • Remote or rural areas may take a few extra days.

  • During festive seasons or sales, delivery timelines may be slightly longer due to high order volumes.


3. Shipping Partners

  • We work with trusted logistics partners such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, XpressBees, India Post, etc.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email to monitor the delivery status.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected products or order values as part of promotional offers.

  • For other orders, shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before final payment.

  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small service charge may apply.


5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate.

  • OsiyanKart will not be responsible for:

    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

    • Missed deliveries due to customer unavailability.

    • Delays or losses caused by courier partners beyond our control.

  • If the parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges will apply.


6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we ship within India only.

  • For bulk or export inquiries, please contact our team at osiyankartorders@gmail.com or call 7428601369.


7. Packaging & Handling

  • Every order is carefully packed to prevent damage during transit.

  • In case of damage or breakage, please record a clear unboxing/opening video at the time of delivery and share it with us within 24 hours at osiyankartorders@gmail.com for verification and replacement eligibility.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • While we strive for timely delivery, sometimes delays occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier network issues.

  • If your order has not been delivered within 15 days, please contact our customer care team, and we’ll assist in tracking or reshipping as appropriate.


9. Order Tracking

  • You can track your shipment using the tracking number shared after dispatch on the respective courier’s website or via our Order Tracking page on www.osiyankart.com.
