Wheat brownie mug cake

How to make Wheat brownie mug cake in 60 minutes

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup atta or wheat flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon curd
2 tablespoons cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
2 tablespoons drinking chocolate powder
Pinch of salt
pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup approx warm milk
2 tablespoons neutral oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 tea spoon choco chips for toppings

Method

Add the dry ingredients in a bowl and stir well.Stir with a fork or spoon to mix well and break up any clumps.
Add the wet ingredients and stir until the mixture is smooth and there are no lumps.Now grease mugs with butter and pour the batter into mugs and topped with walnuts and choco chips.
You can make mug cakes in kadhai / oven or microwave.
For kadhai- you have to preheat for ten minutes by adding salt in it and cover with lid . After ten minutes place surface stand which we normally use in our kitchen in it and put mugs on the stand and cover with lid and leave it on medium- low flame for 40-45 minutes.

Zap in microwave: Place in microwave and heat on high until the mixture is cooked through, about a 1 minute and 40 seconds for a 1000 watt microwave, or 1 minute 10 seconds on a 1650 watt microwave.

Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream ??
